Lawn install Incline Village

Sod Installation

Sod installation will be installed after humus organic soil mix will be rototilled thoroughly, then finish graded, compacted with sod roller then irrigation coverage tested. No sod qill be installed after October 1st. Sod guaranteed for 90 days.

French drainage

Drainage, Creekbeds & BMPs

Dry creek beds will be excavated and installed with river rocks of various sizes to look nature made. All drainage will be to standards and pretested before backfill and flush grades installed. BMP's built to TRPA standards. Can be installed decoratively, far from straight and boring with colored gravel.

Ledgestone in decomposed granite

Stone & Paving

Slate stones are laid level on a tamped 2"deep bed of fine sand then filled in with decomposed granite and leveled.

All boulders will be slightly buried in ground to look natural.1x4" thick rubber bender board will be used as edging on all beds with thick predrilled rubber stakes to last longer than wood and flush to grade.

Drip Irrigation

Irrigation

Irrigation manifolds are installed with king drains and boxed in to protect from winter frost. Seperated shut off valves and backflow preventors to standards as well. Irrigation guaranteed for 1yr.

All sprinkler heads are installed with swing joints and/or flexible funny pipe to protect from any future damage, avoiding replacement costs.All sch 40 pvc pipes will be buried at or above state regulated standards guaranteed. Drip irrigation will be installed with a pressure reducer and filter. All drip is flushed before final unscrwable cap is placed at lowest point of drip line. 

Irrigation shutoff and start up services upon request.
